Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations are not eligible for refund. If you need to cancel late due to illness or emergency, I'll be happy to reschedule. FOR LATE CANCELLATION OF FREE INTAKES: please note a cancellation fee of €15 applies in order to compensate for loss of availability of your lesson slot for another booking. You will pay this fee through PayPal. The fee does not apply if you cancelled late due to illness or emergency and reschedule your session. Cancellation of a rescheduled free intake session will always result in a cancellation fee if it isn't rescheduled to another time, even if it is cancelled at minimum 48 hours in advance.
